Free exchanges and returns in Europe
You have a period of 15 days following receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return part or all of your order. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
In accordance with the general conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Returned items must be in a condition for resale.

Process to follow :

If you wish to exchange or return a product, all you have to do is write to indicating the reasons for the return. Customer service will then send you the exchange or refund voucher as well as the shipping label in the case of a free exchange.

In order to properly prepare your package:

• Pack the items in their original packaging.
• Print the shipping label and stick it on your package
• Go to the nearest postal service, where the package will be picked up after being scanned.

Repayment period: wil reimburse you within a maximum of 15 days from the day of receipt of your package in our workshops. Refunds are made by crediting the bank card used to pay for the order.


In the event of a manufacturing defect noted by the workshop, we undertake to repair the item free of charge or to replace it with a new product. “SO” products are guaranteed against any defect for 2 years. If you encounter a quality problem with your “SO” products, do not hesitate to contact us by email at

The “SO” warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by abnormal use of the item. As the repair costs are then your responsibility, a quote will be presented to you after taking charge of the item concerned.
